Where is my package?
After placing your order, it usually takes 1-2 business days to process, followed by 4-6 business days for delivery, provided you ordered before 5:00 PM. If these timelines have passed, please contact our customer service.
Where can I find my tracking code?
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking code via email. Please check your spam folder as our emails sometimes end up there. Keep in mind that it may take some time for the tracking link to become active.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order using the tracking code you received via email. Enter this code on our Track & Trace page to view the status of your delivery. You can do this on our "Track Your Order" page.
